How a Swedish side-project became an AI studio.
Mediseo started in 2018 as a Swedish side-project — a founder helping local SMBs across the Nordics ship the digital systems they couldn't get from generic agencies. By 2019 we were building marketing sites and SEO programmes full-time, running operations from Sandefjord. ChatGPT shipped in November 2022, and we started integrating LLMs into client workflows the same week. The Málaga office opened that same year as our first foothold in southern Europe — and over the following years it grew into the studio's main hub. Today Málaga is where strategy, AI implementation and marketing programmes are run from. Sandefjord and Stockholm continue as divisions.

Swedish co-founder starts taking on digital projects on the side. First clients are local clinics and SMBs across the Nordics.

SEO & web, full-time
Mediseo becomes the day job. Full-time SEO, web and lead-gen for clients across Spain, Norway and Sweden — operations running from Sandefjord.
1 - Nov 2022
AI from day one
ChatGPT ships. We start integrating LLMs into client workflows the same week — long before 'AI agency' was a category.
2 - 2022
Málaga office opens
We incorporate Mediseo formally and open the Málaga office — our southern-European foothold. Over the next years it grows into the studio's main hub.
3 - Today
HQ Málaga, end-to-end
AI implementation + marketing + automation as one integrated operating system, run from the Málaga hub. Sandefjord and Stockholm continue as divisions. Model-agnostic — Claude, GPT, open-source — whatever fits the job.
